My2ndHome is intended for private family and household information. What follows describes how the product works today, in plain language.
My2ndHome is designed for the private information a family keeps about its second home — how the home works, who to call, what needs attention, and the Memories worth keeping. It is not a public space, and it is not intended for listing, renting or advertising the home.
Family members share the home's information. Guests are invited and see the Visit and house information appropriate to their stay, so you can welcome people without opening up everything your family keeps.
My2ndHome is $99 a year, billed annually, after a 7-day free trial. The price, the trial conversion, renewal behaviour and the material terms are presented before you are charged, so nothing about the commercial arrangement is discovered later.
Reaching a family's information requires an authenticated account with the appropriate access. We describe only practices that are in place today, and we make no certification or absolute-security claims.
My2ndHome is in its founding-family stage. This website intentionally shows no product screenshots yet, because we will only show views that reflect real supported behaviour. Illustrative household examples are described as illustrative. We would rather narrow a claim than overstate it.
If something goes wrong with account access, purchase, a payment result or getting into setup, there is a clear way to reach us. Support will never ask you for your password or full payment details.
