- Who is My2ndHome for?
- Families who share one second home and keep coordinating the same details before, during and after every Visit. We're starting with families who share a recurring lake home, and the same approach applies to other family second homes.
- How is this different from our group chat and shared documents?
- Those hold pieces of the answer in different places. My2ndHome keeps the home's shared information in one trusted place, connected to the Visit your family is actually preparing for.
- Is this property management or rental software?
- No. My2ndHome is for a family's own second home and the people invited to share it, not for renting or managing property as a business.
- How does the family get started?
- One person starts the free trial and sets up the family, the home and the first upcoming Visit. Others join from there — no one has to reconstruct everything on day one.
- Can we invite guests without sharing everything?
- Yes. Guests are invited and see the Visit and house information appropriate to their stay, while private family content stays with the family.
- How does pricing work?
- My2ndHome is $99 a year, billed annually, for one family and one second home. Family Members are included and invited Guests are supported. There are no tiers and no per-person pricing. An additional second home requires its own subscription.
- Where is our information kept, and who can see it?
- Your family's information is private to your family and the guests you invite. Trust and privacy explains how access works today.
- How does the 7-day free trial work?
- You start with a 7-day free trial and set up your family, your home and your first upcoming Visit. Cancel during the trial if it isn't a fit; otherwise it converts automatically to the $99 annual subscription. After conversion, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
