Start the 7-day trial: Add a payment method to begin — no charge is made at trial start, and full access starts immediately.
Cancel during the trial: Cancel any time before day 7 and keep access through the end of day 7, with no annual charge.
Continue to $99/year: Unless you cancel, the trial converts automatically to the $99 annual subscription at the end of day 7. If that payment fails, access is paused until it succeeds.
After conversion: No refunds are offered after conversion except where required by law. The subscription renews annually, with an automated reminder 30 days before renewal.

An additional second home requires its own subscription. Taxes and the full material terms are shown before you are charged and are governed by the approved policies.

Common questions about the price

Is there a per-person cost as more family join?: No. The $99 annual subscription covers your family. Family Members are included and invited Guests are supported.
Are there tiers or monthly plans to choose between?: No. There is one annual subscription at $99 a year, billed annually. There are no tiers and no permanent free plan.
What happens at the end of the 7-day free trial?: Unless you cancel during the trial, it converts automatically to the $99 annual subscription at the end of day 7. Cancel during the trial and keep access through the end of day 7 with no annual charge. If conversion payment fails, access pauses until it succeeds. After conversion, refunds are not provided except where required by law.
What about a second home beyond the first?: One subscription covers one family and one second home. An additional second home needs its own subscription.
